BBQ Pizza Recipe

Serves: 4-5 people

It is an Italian meal that is tasty and cooked with a variety of ingredients. You can also make fresh dough at home, which results in a soft pizza. You may be thinking that creating dough, chicken, and baking is a lot of work, but let me tell you one thing that it is quite simple to prepare and delicious to eat. You may cook great pizza at home by combining different flavors, seasonings, and a variety of toppings such as onion, cheese, chicken, capsicum, and any vegetable of your choice. In this blog I’ll show you how to create homemade pizza step by step.


For Pizza Dough

1200 grams All purpose flour (Maida)
1/2 tbsp spoon salt
2½ tbsp sugar
150 ml oil
200 ml warm milk
250 ml water
1 tbsp yeast

For Chicken Marination

1.5kg Boneless Chicken
Salt ( according to taste)
Half tbsp grinded cumin seeds
1 tbsp red chili powder
Pinch black salt
Half tbsp ginger garlic paste
6 tbsp yogurt
Half lemon
6 tbsp Tikka Masala 

For topping & base

2 capsicums
2 big onions
2 Tomatoes ( optional) 
2 big jalapenos
1 tbsp Barbeque sauce
1/4 spoon sriracha
2 tbsp spoon barbeque sauce
ChiIli flakes ( according to your spice level)
Oregano ( according to your taste)
3 cup Mozzarella cheese


For Dough

Mix the water in yeast
Then in a bowl add maida salt, sugar, yeast mixture, oil and milk 
Mix all together and kneed a soft dough
Cover it with a cloth and keep it aside for 2-3 hours

For Chicken Marination

Cut the chicken in medium cube sized pieces 
Add all the ingredients for marination and keep it aside for 2 hours


Chicken pieces

In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil and arrange chicken pieces evenly
Fry each side for about 2 minutes on high heat 
On a medium flame continue to fry them until they are fully cooked


Apply butter in a pizza tray
Spread the dough evenly 
Add barbeque sauce, hot sauce, pizza sauce for the base
For toppings add chicken followed by onion, capsicum and jalapeno Then cover it with mozzarella c
Then cover it with mozzarella cheese
Then bake it in an oven for 15-20 minutes at 420℉. Once baked add chilli flakes and oregano
