Pink Sauce Pasta Recipe

Serves: 4- 5 People


For pasta:

~ 692 grams chicken (medium cube sized pieces)

~ 5 tbsp spoon ketchup

~ 2 tbsp spoon schezwan sauce (for homemade schezwan sauce recipe)

~ 1 tbsp spoon hot sauce

~ Salt (according to your taste)

~ 450 gram pasta

~ 900 ml water

~ 1 big onion

~ 2 JalapeƱos

~ 1 Capsicum

For white sauce:

~ 6 tbsp spoon unsalted butter

~ 3 tbsp spoon all purpose flour (Maida)

~ 850 ml milk

~ 300 ml Cheese

~ 2 tbsp spoon chili flakes

~ 1 tbsp spoon oregano

For Red Sauce:

~ 3 medium sized tomatoes


For White Sauce:

~ Take unsalted butter in a pan followed by all purpose flour

~ Cook it for about 2 minutes and then add milk

~ Once the milk gets boiled add chilli flakes, oregano & cheese

~ Cook it for 1 minute and then keep it aside for later use

For Red Sauce:

~ Boil 3 tomatoes, once it cools down peel off its skin and then grind it.

For Pasta:

~ In a pan add 900ml of water followed by 2 tbsp of oil.

~ Once the water gets boiled add 1 tbsp of salt and 450 grams of pasta. Cook it until the pasta gets soft.

~ In another pan add 2 tbsp of oil followed by chicken, cook it till it turns white & no pink is visible

~ Then add the grinded tomatoes (puree) and cook it for about 3 minutes. 

~ After that add hot sauce, schezwan sauce, ketchup & salt

~ Cook it for about 5-10 minutes on medium gas.

~ Finally, add the white sauce, veggies (chopped onion, capsicum, jalapenos), and boiled pasta.

~ Mix it well and then add some cheese for garnishing.
