Kesar Kulfi Recipe

Kesar Kulfi is traditionally frozen Indian summer desert which is very easy to make and tasty to eat. It is also famous in neighboring country as well. It’s texture is same as normal ice-cream, and it is made with simple ingredients like cream , sweetened condensed milk, sugar, Kesar, heavy cream and many more. In this blog I will share how to make Kesar Kulfi in simple steps.


~ 12 oz Evaporated milk (Can get it in Walmart)

~ 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk

~ 16 oz Heavy whipping cream

~ 1 pinch kesar (saffron) 

~ 1 tbsp sugar 

~ 16 oz cool whip 

~ 4 tbsp of water

~ 2 tbsp of crushed pistachios 


~  In a bowl take out sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy whipping cream and cool whip and then blend it with a hand mixer 

~ Then make a solution by adding saffron and sugar in 4 tbsp of water 

~ Add this solution and crushed pistachios to the blended creams and mix it well

~ Take out the prepared mixture in a container and freeze it for 6-8 hours or overnight.

Mix Berries Smoothie Recipe

Serves: 1 person

Mix berries smoothie is one of my favorite smoothies and by adding in some protein powder it makes a perfect post workout drink. This recipe is made using simple ingredients such as berries, greek yogurt, protein powder, and spinach. It is good to eat berries on a daily basis as they have numerous health benefits; for more information on the health benefits of berries, click here. Now let’s start with the recipe.


  • 200 Gram Greek yogurt
  • 100 Gram Mix berries (you can take any berries according to your taste)
  • 40 Gram Vanilla Protein powder (optional)
  • Handful of Spinach
  • 4 to 5 Ice cube


  • In a blender all mix berries, greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, spinach and ice cubes.
  • Blend everything in a mixer till it becomes thick and smooth
  • Once it’s ready pour it in a serving glass

Tip: The above-mentioned quantity for protein powder can be used by both males & females.


Caramel Custard Recipe

Serves: 1-2 people

Caramel custard is an Indian sweet dish which is made with just 6 ingredients. The best part is that you don’t need to have an oven to make this dish. Let me show you how to make this recipe in 4 easy steps:


~ Half liter of milk (दुध)

~ 1 tbsp vanilla custard powder (वेनीला क्सडर पाउडर)

~ 1 tbsp milk powder (दुध का पाउडर)

~ 4 Egg ( beaten) (अंडा)

~ 1 litre of water (पानी)

~ 8 tbsp Sugar (चीनी) (4 tbsp for mixture & 4 tbsp for caramel) 


Step 1 of 4: Getting started 

~ In a pan, add half a liter of milk and bring it to a boil.

 ~ Once it gets boiled add 1 tbsp vanilla custard powder, 1 tbsp milk powder and 4 tbsp sugar. Mix it properly, and after 5 minutes pour the mixture in a bowl.

~ Let the hot mixture cool down for sometime, and when it’s a bit warm add 3 beaten eggs (keep stirring the milk while adding the eggs). In the end, make sure everything is mixed properly.

Step 2 of 4 : Making Caramel

~ In another pan take 4 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp water. Cook it on a slow flame till it becomes caramelized, make sure you don’t burn the sugar

~ Once it’s done take a medium sized bowl and coat the caramelized sugar evenly at the bottom of the bowl and wait for 10 minutes.

~After 10 minutes pour the mixture we prepared earlier on top of the caramel and cover it with a foil.

Step 3 of 4 : Steam the Pudding

~Take 1 liter of water in a Kadai.Then place a metal plate inside the cooker (plate should be above water). 

~ On top of a metal plate keep the bowl which has pudding and let it steam for about 20 to 25 min. 

~ After 20-25mins check the pudding with a toothpick (insert it inside the pudding) and if it comes out clean that means it is ready to serve.

Step 4 of 4: Ready to serve

~ Once it is steamed, take out the bowl from the pressure cooker and keep it at room temperature for 30 minutes.

~ Once it cools down, keep in the fridge for 1 hour

~ Before serving, take a knife and slowly unmold the sides of the custard. Then place a plate on a bowl and hold the bowl and plate tight. Then turn the plate and bowl upside down and your delicious caramel custard will be ready to serve.


Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Serves- 1 

Avocados have no flavor, because of which people avoid eating them. However, Avocado smoothies, on the other hand, are delicious and taste similar to vanilla milkshakes. It’s thick and creamy and is made using simple components like milk, sugar, and avocado. You may also include vanilla ice cream for added flavor, but if you want a healthier smoothie, leave off the ice cream and replace the sugar with honey instead.   • Half Avocado
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream (optional)


  • Cut Avocado into half and peel off its skin. Then add the half peeled avocado into a grinder
  • After that add sugar, milk and vanilla ice cream.
  • Blend everything in a mixer till it becomes smooth and creamy
  • Once it’s ready pour it in a serving glass.

Chicken Hand Recipe

Chicken handi is a Mughali dish. The word “Chicken Handi” itself means chicken in a clay pot. Usually it’s made in an earthen clay pot, however not everyone has a claypot, so you can make it in a saucepan as well. It has this tangy, creamy and flavourful taste that you won’t be able to resist. In this blog I will show you 4 easy steps to make this recipe. Let’s dive into it!


5 tsp Oil 

2 medium chopped Onions (or fried onions)

1.255 kg Chicken (cut it into small cubes)

Salt ( according to taste)

2 big finely chopped Tomatoes 

3 finely chopped Green chilies 

1 tbsp Cumin seeds

3 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tbsp Turmeric

1.5 tbsp Red Chili Powder

1 tbsp Coriander Powder

1 tbsp Kitchen king masala ( or Garam Masala)

6- 7 tbsp Yoghurt

½ tbsp Kasuri Methi

4.5 tbsp Whipping Cream (35%)

1 tbsp Coriander (for garnishing)


Step 1 of 4: Getting Started

– Take 5 tsp oil in saucepan and add the chopped Onions, fry them until they become golden brown ( you can also use ready fried onions) 

– Once the onions get cooked add Ginger garlic paste, Green chilies, Cumin seeds, and Tomatoes. 

Step 2 of 4: Adding all Spices

– After adding the Tomatoes add all the spices which include Turmeric, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Kitchen king masala and Coriander powder.

– Once you add all the spices, cook it until the tomatoes soften and melt

Step 3 of 4: Adding chicken & finishing it up

Once the tomatoes melt, add the chopped chicken. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on medium flame and stir it continuously.

– After 5-7 minutes add yogurt and stir it every 3 minutes until chicken gets cooked

– Once the chicken gets cooked add the whipping cream and cook it for about 5 minutes.

– After 5 minutes you can turn off the flame.

Step 4 of 4: Garnishing

– Add kasuri methi, coriander and a bit of cream for garnishing.

Pro Tip: Stirring chicken continuously will add a good taste in the Chicken Gravy.

In this blog, I’ll show you how to make healthy and delicious oat pancakes. Let’s start with the recipe.


  • One and half cup finely grinded oats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 295ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4th cup powdered sugar (substitution 2 tbsp honey)
  • A pinch of salt 
  • Crush dry fruits (optional)
  • Honey


  • In a bowl add grinded oats, baking powder, sugar and salt and mix everything together.
  • Then add milk and melted butter and stir it to mix everything well. The batter should not be too thick or too runny
  • Once the batter has been prepared, turn the gas on medium flame and add a bit of oil.
  • After that add the batter and cook it until the bubbles start popping out. Then flip the pancake and cook the other side. 
  • Once both the sides are golden brown, take it out on a plate and it’s ready to serve.
  • You can add some honey or maple syrup on the pancake.

Kheer Recipe (Rice Pudding)

Rice pudding is know as “Kheer ” in India. It is a sweet dish made up with simple ingredients like milk, sugar, creamy and rice. It has creamy texture ,you can also add extra flavor by putting cardamom powder and saffron. In this blog I will share easy and tasty way to make kheer (rice pudding).

Preparation time- 10 min

Cooking time- 1 and half hour

Serves- 4 to 5 people


~320 gram Rice (soak for half n hour)

~2.7 litre Milk

~1/4 spoon cardamom

~ 473 ml cream 35%

~1 tbsp Sugar


~ In a pan add milk and cardamom. Bring it to boil and then add the soaked rice and sugar, after 1 minutes add the cream and cook it on a medium flame. Keep stirring every 5 minutes until the rice gets cooked properly and the gets diluted. Add more milk if needed.

Recipe for Fresh Homemade Popsicles

Popsicles are everyone’s favorite summertime ice pop. It is a frozen beverage made of various fruits. When the temperature is hot, popsicles are a great option to help you stay cool. It is not necessary for you to buy popsicles on a daily basis to enjoy them, you can also make popsicles at home using different fresh fruits. Not only that but you can also prepare yummy and nutritious popsicles at home for your children without adding sugar. In this blog I will show you how to make homemade popsicles.


~ Any fresh fruit of your choice (watermelon, kiwi, orange, mango, frozen berries, pineapple ) 

~ Popsicle molds (available at Walmart)


~ Take any of the above mentioned fruits or any fruits of your choice

~ Then cut the fruit and grind it in a grinder.

~ After that pour the grinded mixture  into molds and freeze it overnight

~ Then whenever you want to have the popsicle carefully remove the molds and serve it.


Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe

Schezwan fried rice is a traditional Indo-Chinese dish. The dish is made of rice with different sauces and spices along with vegetables on top. It’s delicious and easy to make. You can also make plain fried rice to eat with gravy or saucy fried rice to eat without gravy. In this blog, I’ll show you how to make Schezwan fried rice in three easy steps. In my previous blog, I also shared a tasty and simple Schezwan chicken gravy recipe that goes well with schezwan fried rice.


For fried rice

~ 2 tbsp oil

~ 1/2 medium cup mix vegetable

~ Spring onion

~1 tbsp soya sauce

~ Salt ( according to taste)

~1/2 tbsp black pepper

~ 2 tbsp schezwan sauce

~ Chicken ( optional)

~ Egg (optional)

For rice

~ 3 small cup rice 

~ 6 cup water ( 5.6 liters)

~ 2 tbsp oil

~ half tbsp salt


Step 1 of 3: Making gravy

~ In a saucepan add oil and veggies and cook for 1 minute. Then add soya sauce, salt, blackpepper, and schezwan sauce and cook it for 2 minutes

~ After 2 minutes add the boiled rice (Step 2) and mix everything properly

Step 2 of 3: Boiling the rice

~ In a pan add 6 cups of water, 2 tbsp of oil and ½ tbsp of salt. Once the water boils add 3 small cups of rice in it.

~ Let it boil and once it’s boiled turn off the gas and strain the rice.

Step 3 of 4 : Garnishing

~ After you have added rice in veggies, add coriander for garnishing and then take it out in a serving bowl.

Note: Cook the rice after you’ve finished adding the sauce and vegetables. Because pre-boiling the rice makes it soggy.


How to Make Schezwan Chicken

Schezwan chicken is an Indo-Chinese dish which is made of fried chicken and indo-chinese seasonings. It tastes flavorful and can be made using minimal ingredients. The main ingredient in this dish is schezwan sauce. If you’re not sure which schezwan sauce to buy, you can create your own with a few basic ingredients which will be both tasty and healthy. Click here for homemade schezwan sauce recipe. In this blog, I will show you how to make schezwan chicken in a few easy steps. Let’s get started.


(For chicken marination and frying chicken)

  • 500 ml oil
  • 1Kg boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp ginger and 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp green chili paste
  • 1 and ½ tbsp all purpose flavor
  • 1 and ½ tbsp corn flour
  • Salt (according to the taste)
  • ½ tsp blackpepper
  • Pinch of red food color
  • 2 eggs

(For gravy)

  • 2 spoon oil
  • 7 – 8 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 big onion
  • 9-10 tbsp schezwan sauce (for schezwan sauce recipe click here)
  • Salt (according to the taste)


Step 1 of 3 : Marinating chicken

~ In a big bowl add chicken, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, green chili paste, all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, blackpepper and red food color. Mix all the ingredients well with the chicken and keep aside for half and hour.

Step 2 of 3: Frying Chicken

~ Take a saucepan and add 500 ml of oil and let it heat on a medium flame. Once it’s hot add chicken pieces one at a time and fry them for about 5-10 minutes. 

~ Once all the pieces are fried take out in bowl

Step 2 of 3 : Making gravy

~ Take another saucepan and add 2 tbsp oil. Let it heat for a while and then add finely chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute.

~ Then add capsicum, onion, salt, fried chicken, schezwan sauce and mix everything properly. 

~ After 2 minutes turn off the gas and take it out in a bowl. Then add the fried chicken pieces in the gravy and mix it well then take it out in a serving bowl.
