The United Kingdom is a European nation. It consists of four cities: England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. It is a popular tourist site and a lovely place to visit. However, when we travel to new areas for vacation, we often spend half of our time researching the best  spots to see and how to cover them in a short amount of time. Don’t worry, you no longer have to waste your time researching the greatest places to visit. In this blog I will present the best spots to visit in United Kingdom to help you plan your trip.

1- London Eye

London Eye also known as the Millennium Wheel is a well known tourist attraction in London, UK. It is a cantilevered observation wheel located on the South Bank of River Thames. Which will give you the entire view of the London city in just thirty minutes. There are a total of 32 capsules on the London Eye and each capsule is air conditioned and holds up to 25 people. However, sometimes the waiting period to board the Ferris Wheel can be long so instead you can get in the Fast Track line to reduce your waiting period. The standard ticket for London Eye is £32.50 per adult. This will give you a 360 moving view from the heart of the city and it will also take you close to London’s iconic landmarks such as the House of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. You can also buy a package of London Eye and River Cruise for £43 per adult which will offer you a 40 minute sightseeing boat cruise along the River Thames and a thirty minute ride of the London Eye.

The Tower of London is a world-famous landmark and one of England’s most well known monuments. It is a beautiful site to visit since it provides a fantastic view of the palace and tower bridge. This palace also has an interesting history, which you might have read about in a textbook or seen in a movie. They also have a café where you can have hot beverages and soup while spending your day learning about the rich history of this palace and admiring the view of the tower. The standard ticket for this tower is £29.90 per adult and £14.90 for kids which includes palace sightseeing. It is an incredible experience to visit the Tower of London and learn about the history of the palace.   

3- Tower Bridge

It is a well-known suspension bridge in London that was started to be built in 1886 and ended in 1894. The Tower Bridge is London’s most renowned landmark and is part of the city’s iconic skyline. It has a stunning view of the bridge which will make your experience even more enjoyable. While going around the bridge, you may enjoy several riverside restaurants and coffee places. You may also travel inside the tower bridge, but there is a standard ticket of £11.40 per adult and £ 5.70 for kids this will give you  high level walkways, great panoramic views, and views of gorgeous London through the glass floor.

Big Ben is a well-known London tower clock that was formerly known as the Elizabeth Tower. It is a building with a huge clock on the outside and is a well-known tourist destination in London where you can hear Big Ben’s chime. However it is positioned on the Thames River’s bank, and you may capture wonderful shots of the tower from there. Early morning is the best time to visit and capture beautiful shots because it is less crowded. It is a good experience and great place to visit.

It is a fantastic destination to take children since it offers a fascinating and interactive museum as well as a variety of activities, games, and books that may  interest in science and engineering. Some students go on school trips with professors because there is so much to see and learn about science. It is a lovely historical site that will transport you back in time.
